Terms and Conditions – Trevor Linden Fitness

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Trevor Linden Fitness website (“Site”), or enrolling in a membership (“Membership”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“T&C”), our Privacy Policy, and Membership Policies as outlined on the Site.

2. Definitions

“Club” refers to Trevor Linden Fitness (also known as Club 16/Trevor Linden Fitness).

“Member” means an individual who has completed the Membership Agreement and is granted access to Club facilities.

“Guest” refers to individuals brought in by Members under Club guest policies.

3. Membership Eligibility & Enrollment

Must be at least 13 years old. Members under 18 must enroll with a cosigner; those under 16 must be supervised by a parent or guardian during workouts Club16 Trevor Linden Fitness.

Membership involves providing accurate personal and payment information, including credit card or bank details, which may be stored for recurring billing purposes Club16 Trevor Linden Fitness+1.

4. Payment Authorization & Billing

You authorize the Club, and its agents (e.g., payment processors), to store your payment information and process all recurring dues, fees, taxes, and other charges as set in your Membership Agreement. Stored information may be used for renewals unless revoked Club16 Trevor Linden Fitness.

Membership dues are billed bi-weekly via direct debit unless otherwise specified, with first payment due upon joining Club16 Trevor Linden Fitness+1.

5. Cancellation & Termination

Membership is without long-term contract. To cancel, you must submit one full calendar month's notice — via email, in person, or by contacting ABC Fitness — depending on your agreement type Club16 Trevor Linden Fitness.

The Club may terminate or suspend Membership without notice for serious or repeated policy violations or misconduct Club16 Trevor Linden Fitness.

6. Membership Card & Check-In

Members receive a photo membership card, required for entry and remains the Club’s property Club16 Trevor Linden Fitness.

Lost or stolen card replacement fee: CAD $20 plus applicable tax Club16 Trevor Linden Fitness.

7. Guest Privileges

Elite+ or VIP Members may bring a guest residing more than 30 km away at no charge (up to 7 consecutive days/month). Guests must complete a waiver and show ID Club16 Trevor Linden Fitness.

Other guests pay a day-pass fee or use a guest pass Club16 Trevor Linden Fitness.

8. Price-For-Life Option

By paying a one-time fee at enrollment, you may lock in bi-weekly dues for the life of your Membership Club16 Trevor Linden Fitness+1.

9. Club Etiquette & Facility Use

Appropriate athletic attire and closed-toe footwear required; street clothes, bare feet, hoodies over the head, or open-toe shoes are prohibited Club16 Trevor Linden Fitness+1.

Use a towel, wipe down equipment, and re-rack weights after use. Gym bags, chalk, and abusive behavior (including foul language) are strictly prohibited Club16 Trevor Linden Fitness+1.

Equipment misuse (e.g., dropping weights) may result in suspension Club16 Trevor Linden Fitness.

No unauthorized photography; lockers are for daily use only (contents removed after closing) Club16 Trevor Linden Fitness.

10. IHRSA Passport Program

Members may access over 3,200 fitness clubs worldwide under the IHRSA Passport Program, subject to distance (minimum 80 km from home club) and program-specific rules Club16 Trevor Linden Fitness.

11. Digital Services

Payment methods and recurring billing terms are detailed in your Membership Agreement. Changes to dates or methods may not be permitted post-signing Club16 Trevor Linden Fitness+1.

Text/SMS and automated communications are allowed for account updates, marketing, and offers, with opt-out available via STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE Club16 Trevor Linden Fitness+1.

12. Privacy & Data Use

Collected data (name, contact details, payment info, photos, correspondence) is used for payment processing, communication, and administrative support as detailed in the Privacy Policy Club16 Trevor Linden Fitness+1.

The Club does not sell or rent personal information. Data may be disclosed only for legal compliance or to protect rights and safety Club16 Trevor Linden Fitness.

13. Policy Updates

The Club may amend its practices, fees, or policies at any time. Updates will be communicated via email or posted on the website Club16 Trevor Linden Fitness+1.

14. Disclaimers & Liability

Your Membership use of Club facilities is at your own risk. The Club is not liable for lost or stolen personal items.
Modify or cancel your Membership per the policies above; refunds and final payments will follow your Membership Agreement.
